We may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of Voxmin with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any such modifications or disruptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Voxmin at any time for any reason, including without limitation for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
Voxmin is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful elements.
In no event shall Voxmin or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voxmin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
