Together is a mobile and web application designed to help couples organize their shared life, including expenses, calendars, lists, and relationship activities. Our service is provided by Together Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Together
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each person may only have one active account at a time
• You must be in a genuine romantic relationship to connect with a partner account

3. Partner Connections

Together allows you to connect with one partner at a time:

• Both parties must consent to connect their accounts
• Once connected, you can share expenses, lists, calendars, and other data
• Either partner can disconnect at any time
• Shared data remains accessible to both parties until manually deleted
• You may not connect with multiple partners simultaneously

• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features
• Pricing: $5.99/month or $39.99/year with 7-day free trial
• Billing: Automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
• Refunds: Contact support within 7 days for refund requests
• Partner Sharing: Only one partner needs premium to unlock features for both

• Your data is shared only with your connected partner
• We use encryption to protect your information
• You can export or delete your data at any time

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime:

Together is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, relationship issues, or consequences of using our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
