The short version
Floora does not collect your personal data. Everything you log — your training sessions, your progress through the program, your symptom entries — stays on your iPhone. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server of ours that any of it is sent to.
What stays on your device
All of it, in the app's local storage:
- Your starting level, program progress and completed sessions
- Your streak and achievements
- Symptom entries you choose to log (leaks, urgency) and how sessions felt
- Your settings, reminder times and language preference
This includes intimate health information — which is exactly why it never leaves your device. We cannot read any of it. Deleting the app deletes this data with it, so keep a device backup if it matters to you.
Permissions
- Notifications — optional, used for the discreet training reminders you schedule. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no server sends them.
That is the only permission the app asks for.
Purchases
Floora is free to start, with an optional subscription (7-day free trial) that unlocks the full progressive program. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your card, billing address or Apple ID.
To know whether you have an active subscription, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt Apple issues, a randomly generated anonymous identifier, and basic device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, country). That identifier is not tied to your name, your email or anything you logged in the app. RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
This is the only data that ever leaves your device.
What we do not do
- No accounts, no login, no email required
- No advertising and no ad SDKs
- No analytics, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs
- No cloud copy of your training or symptom logs
- No selling or sharing of data with anyone
Children
Floora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf. Your data is removed by deleting it in the app or removing the app. If you want the purchase record held by RevenueCat deleted, write to us and we will request it.
A note on what this app is
Floora is an educational fitness and wellness app for pelvic floor training. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, prolapse, or a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this same address with a new date.
